Prativa Shah is an Enrolled Agent (EA), federally licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers in all matters before the Internal Revenue Service. She specializes in bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and helping business owners establish strong financial systems that support growth.
Prativa works closely with entrepreneurs to ensure their books are accurate, their tax obligations are met, and their businesses are positioned for long-term success. Her approach focuses on education, transparency, and building relationships that go beyond tax season.
As a business owner, wife, and mother of three daughters, she understands the challenges of balancing family, business, and financial responsibilities. Her mission is to simplify accounting so business owners can focus on what they do best.

Shyam Sah

Shyam Sah earned his accounting degree from West Chester University and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license shortly thereafter. Over the past decade, he has built an impressive career in public accounting and auditing, working with respected accounting firms and collaborating on engagements involving some of the nation’s largest organizations, including projects connected with Ernst & Young (EY).
Throughout much of his career, Shyam has served as a Senior Auditor, developing deep expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and business operations.
In 2025, he expanded his expertise by earning the Certified Tax Planner (CTP) designation through the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners (AICTP). This advanced training allows him to help business owners implement proactive tax strategies designed to legally minimize tax liability and preserve wealth.
Shyam is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make strategic decisions that support long-term financial success.
